Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 97-05- WHEREAS, K.C. Land COmpany, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlot A, Alpine Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. AND WHEREAS, on February 10, 1997, the City received application and preliminary plat fi.om K.C. land Co for Alpine Estates; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on March 4, 1997, conducted a public hearing and recommended that City Council approve the preliminary plat of Alpine Estates; and WHEREAS, the Park dedication requirements were satisfied by a cash contribution negotiated into the purchase price of the property as part of the sale of the property fi.om the City of Ramsey to K.C. Land Co.; and WHEREAS, the City Council met April 8, 1997 and approved the preliminary plat for Alpine Estates. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grant's final plat approval to Alpine Estates in accordance with relevant City Codes.
