Motion by Board Member Holland and seconded by Board Member Terry to approve findings of fact Nos. 12 through 14 in the affirmative. Motion carded. Motion by Board Member Holland and seconded by Board Member Jensen to adopt the findings of fact as amended. Motion carried. Board Member Deemer asked from what point the setback is measured. Mr. Skochenski responded that the garage has to be placed in front of the apple trees and not interfere with the sewer system. The setback is measured from the centerline of the road. Motion by Board Member LaDue and seconded by Board Member Holland to approve the issuance of a variance for Wayne A. Skochenski to construct an accessory structure closer to the front property line than the principal structure on the property known as 9450 176th Avenue NW, based on the Findings of Fact #0424 and adopt Resolution No. 97-05-088 declaring terms of the variance.
