Councilmember <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />FOURTH ADDITION <br /> <br /> introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION 9%05- <br /> <br />GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF BUSINESS PARK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City <br />development purposes; and <br /> <br />95 <br /> <br />of Ramsey acquired property in the Industrial District for <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly <br /> applied for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> Outlot D, BUSINESS PARK 95 SECOND ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota, and <br /> Outlots A and B, BUSINESS PARK 95 THIRD ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission approved the sketch plan on May <br /> 6, 1997; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, park dedication requirements will be satisfied with a cash payment. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Business Park 95 <br /> Fourth Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />__ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this 27th day of May, 1997. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I~ <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
