These services are classified as "Basic" and "Technical" services in <br />accordance with your RFP. <br /> <br />We proposed to provide the following "Basic Engineering Services": <br /> * Prepare plans and specifications for the storm sewer and street improvements. <br /> <br /> ,, Review site plans and preliminary drainage analysis. <br /> <br /> · Attend two meetings with Ramsey City representatives to finalize plans. <br /> <br /> Prepare and submit all necessary permit applications for the construction of the project <br /> including the Watershed Management Organization, Anoka County and MPCA. <br /> <br /> · Prepare a final cost estimate for the proposed improvements. <br /> <br /> <br />
