Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to authorize staff to work with the commission members to revise the policy on commission appointments and to add a stipulation to the term limits that if no qualified applicant applies, then the now-serving commissioner may apply. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Beyer, Beahen and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. Absent: CouncilmemberHaas Steffen. 6) Revisit Council Committee Structure Administrative Services Manager Waite Smith stated that this case was tabled until all members of the Personnel Committee could be present. MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT 1) MUSA Jake Barthold was present and asked when the MUSA line would be decided upon with regard to the proposed Apple Ridge subdivision. City Administrator Schroeder replied that the attorney will have his review of the MUSA on the May 27, 1997 Council agenda.
