CASE # <br /> <br />APPLICATION FOR ON-SALE AND SUNDAY INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE <br />JR'S OUTPOST; CASE OF TEMPLER GROIJP INC. <br /> By: Jo Thieling, City Clerk <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Michael Hartinger, Shane Lindblom, James DuCharme, and Michael Frolik, known as Templer <br />Group Inc., d/b/a JR's Outpost, have properly applied for an on-sale and Sunday intoxicating <br />liquor license at 6141 Highway #10 NW, Ramsey. This is the current site of JR's Saloon. This <br />is not a request for a new business; it is the sale of a current business. The manager of the <br />establishment will be Michael Hartinger. Enclosed is a copy of the application materials and <br />public hearing notice. <br /> <br />Police Chief Way has completed the background investigation and found everything to be in <br />order. Fire Chief Kapler, however, has not signed off on the application. There is several fire <br />code issues currently cited, and he has asked that if Council approves this license, it is done so <br />contingent upon the applicants adequately addressing these issues. Chief Kapler will be talking <br />with the manager of JR's, so he is aware of this contingency.
