Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #03-09- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF BASALT OFFICE PARK WHEREAS, on August 4, 2003, Basalt Properties LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for a minor subdivision to replat the following legally described property located in the City of Ramsey: Lots 2, 3 and 4, Block 1, Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 2, Anoka County, Minnesota. (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, the' Developers are proposing to combine the three (3) lots into one 2.6 acre parcel; and WHEREAS, Section 9.50.05 of City Codes allow for the platting of three lots or less to be processed as minor subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed and approved the sketch plan as required under Section 9.50.05 of the City Code on September 4, 2003; and WHEREAS, park dedication and trail fees shall be satisfied with a cash payment; and WHEREAS, the Developers properly applied for Final Plat approval on September 17, 2003. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESQTAt.a,s follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Basalt Office Park in accordance with relevant City Codes, contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review letter dated September 19, 2003, and the Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent:
