Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-09- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF BASALT OFFICE PARK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 4, 2003, Basalt Properties LLC, hereafter referred to as <br />"Developer", properly applied for a minor subdivision to replat the following legally described <br />property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lots 2, 3 and 4, Block 1, Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 2, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the' Developers are proposing to combine the three (3) lots into one 2.6 acre <br />parcel; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 9.50.05 of City Codes allow for the platting of three lots or less to <br />be processed as minor subdivision; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed and approved the sketch plan as <br />required under Section 9.50.05 of the City Code on September 4, 2003; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, park dedication and trail fees shall be satisfied with a cash payment; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Developers properly applied for Final Plat approval on September 17, <br />2003. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESQTAt.a,s follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Basalt Office Park in <br /> accordance with relevant City Codes, contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review <br /> letter dated September 19, 2003, and the Developer entering into a Development Agreement <br /> with the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
