A permit for this development will be required <br />from the Lower Rum River Water Management Organization and the Minnesota Pollution Control <br />Agency. <br /> <br />Access: The site proposes one access onto Alpaca St. and one access onto Riverdale Dr. The proposed <br />accesses are acceptable. <br /> <br />Storm Water Management Fee: The City has enacted a Stormwater Management Fee and the current <br />rate is Three Thousand Seven Hundred Forty One Dollars ($3,741.00) per commercial acre. The <br />amount of Stormwater Management Fee due on the 1.5oacre parcel is Five Thousand Six Hundred <br />Eleven Dollars ($5,611.00). A cash payment will be required prior to the City issuing a Building <br />Permit. <br /> <br />REU Number: The REU number for this development will be 4.2, based upon lot size and impervious <br />area. This number will be used to determine the quarterly charge for the stormwater utility. The <br />applicant may wish to apply for a stormwater credit for which you may be eligible due to the ponding <br />provided. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 23, 2003 at Ramsey Fire Station, <br />15050 Armstrong Blvd., to review thc. proposed site plan. You or your representative may want to be <br />present to answer any questions that may arise.
