Park and Open Space Sub-District - "TC-5." The park and <br />open space Sub-District is intended to preserve environmental <br />features, provide amenities and create focal points and community <br />gathering places within easy access of all areas of the Town <br />Center. A minimum of 10 percent of the gross acreage of the <br />Town Center shall consist of open space that is improved for <br />public use as guided by the Master Plan and any other subsequent <br />agreements between the City and developer. Areas designated <br />within the TC-5 Sub-District, however, are restricted from other <br />types of development, with the exception of certain civic uses, as <br />shown in Table 1. <br /> <br />Subd. 3. Town Center Development Regulations <br /> <br />Uses. Table 1 specifies permitted and conditional uses within each <br />Sub-Disthct of the Tbwn Center District.
