Directional Signs <br /> <br />Directional or 'Instructional signs are permitted in <br />accordance with §9.12.03 Subd. 9. <br /> <br />-ii. <br /> <br />Parking lot directional signs designating parking <br />area entrances and exits are limited' to one sign for <br />each entrance and/or exit and shall not exceed four <br />square, feet for each exposed face. Parking. lot <br />directional signs shall not project higher than five <br />(5) feet in height, as measured from the established <br />~ade of the parking area to which such signs are <br />accessory. <br /> <br />11:1. <br /> <br />Parking lot instructional signs designating the <br />conditions of use or identification parking areas <br />shall not exceed 8 square feet and shall not project <br />higher than ten (10) feet in height for wall signs and <br />seven (7) feet in height for ~ound signs, as <br />measured from the established ~ade of the parking <br />area(s) to which such sig-ns are accessory. <br /> <br />iv. <br /> <br />Window signs are restricted to thirty percent (30%) <br />of the area of the window in which the sign is to be <br />displayed. <br /> <br />Prohibited Signs (except as allowed in Item B (TC-2 Sub-District): <br /> <br />Signs employing mercury vapor, low pressure and <br />high pressure sodium and metal halide lighting; <br />plastic panel rear-lighted signs. <br /> <br />ii.
