Identify any areas located in a flood hazard <br />zone as identified by the Department of <br />Natural Resources. <br /> <br />Topographic Map.' The topographic map shall be <br />drawn at a scale of one inch equals 100 feet and <br />shall contain the following information: <br /> <br />aa. Two foot contour intervals; ' <br /> <br />bb. <br /> <br />Indicate water courses, rock outcroppings, <br />and other significant land features; and <br /> <br />Use U.S.. Geological Service datum for <br />mapping. <br /> <br />go <br /> <br />Floor Plans and Elevations. All floor plans' and <br />elevations shall be drawn to a le~ble scale and <br />include the following information: <br /> <br />vi. <br /> <br />aa. <br /> <br />bb. <br /> <br />Floor plans indicating square ~otage and <br />dimensions of all proposed rooms and areas <br />within the structures; and <br /> <br />Elevations of the proposed building(s), <br />identifying exterior treatment, materials to <br />be used, and pa/nt color. <br /> <br />Preliminary Plat. if a Subdivision is required, the <br />preliminary plat shall be prepa/red in accordance <br />with the Ramsey City Code, §9.50. <br /> <br />Preliminary Plat and Site Plan Review Process. <br /> <br />Pre-meeting with City Staff. Prior to making an <br />official application to the City, the applicant shall <br />meet with City Staff.
