Final P1at and Site Plan <br /> <br />1. Requirements for Final Plan <br /> <br />Final Site Plan. The final site plan shall be <br />prepared at a scale of one inch equals 50 feet, 100 <br />feet or 200 feet, and shall contain the following <br />information: <br /> <br />aa. Location of Proposed structures; <br /> <br />bb. <br /> <br />Location of proposed driveways and parking <br />areas (all driveways and parking must have. <br />curbing); <br /> <br />cc.. Indicate front, rear and side yard setbacks. <br /> <br />ii. <br /> <br />Final Landscape Plan. The final landscape plan <br />shall be drawn at a scale of one inch equals 50 feet <br />and shall-contain the following information: <br /> <br />bb. <br /> <br />Plant types (botanical and common names), <br />number, location, and size; <br /> <br />Areas to be sodded; <br /> <br />cc. Indicate existing vegetation; and <br /> <br />dd. Indicate trees to be removed. <br /> <br />in. <br /> <br />Final Grading and Drainage Plan. The grading <br />and drainage plan shall be drawn at'~a scale of one <br />inch equals 50 feet, 100 feet or 200 feet and shall <br />contain the following information: <br /> <br />aa. <br /> <br />Existing and proposed grades with a <br />minimum of two foot contour intervals to a <br />known sea level datum; <br /> <br />bb. <br /> <br />Sufficient spot elevations on all proposed <br />hard surface areas; <br /> <br />Estimated runoff of the area based on 10 and <br />100 year storm events; <br /> <br />Ramsey Town Center District <br />July 2003 Planning Commission approved <br /> <br />page t8 <br /> <br /> <br />
