The Home Occupation shall not generate excessive vehicular traffic to the residential neighborhood. Outside storage of vehicles and equipment must comply with section 9.11.10 of City Code. No exterior displays or signs of the extended home occupation shall be permitted unless specifically addressed as part of the conditions of the Permit. The Permit shall not be granted if the Findings of Fact determine that the proposed home occupation may constitute a fire hazard to neighboring residences, adversely affect neighboring property values, or constitute a nuisance or otherwise be detrimental to the neighbors because of excessive traffic, excessive noise, odors or other circumstances. 4 September 4, 2003 Planning Commission meeting
