CONSENT <br /> <br />Disposal of Unclaimed Property and Items of Non-evidentiary Value <br />by Sealed Bid Process <br /> By: James Way, Police Chief <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Staff has inventoried the unclaimed property and non-evidentiary items located in <br />the Ramsey Police Department Property and Evidence rooms. In accordance <br />with State Statute and Ramsey Police Department policy, these items, having <br />been held for over 60 days, are now considered unclaimed and are the property <br />of the Ramsey Police Department.
