CASE <br /> <br />RECEIVE QUOTES FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #03-27, AZURITE/BASALT <br />STREET INDUSTRIAL REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT <br /> By: Brian Olson, Assistant Director of Public Works/Principal City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />This project will provide sewer, water and storm sewer to over 17 acres of commercial and <br />industrial property, identified as the Gateway North Industrial Park property. The project cost <br />estimate is $408,000. <br /> <br />Attached to this case is a map that describes the work that will be done as well as an Engineer's <br />Estimate for the work that will be done. <br /> <br />The City has requested that quotes be submitted for grading work and storm sewer re-routing to <br />accommodate the resubdivision of the business park.
