Councilmember Look expressed concern that they were spending TIF money in the District to <br />attract development, but they were losing business on the other end. He noted there were very <br />real infrastructure projects coming up that would require through bonding a payment and that <br />payment had to be paid somehow and that would be what the TIF dollars would be used for. <br />Development Manager Lazan noted the affect on existing business would be very slight. <br />Mayor Ramsey believed option B was the safest and most conservative, but option A gave more <br />options moving forward. <br />Councilmember Elvig expressed concern this affected the residents also. <br />2) Review Legislative Agenda for 2011 <br />To be presented at the Council meeting. <br />3) Review Proposals for Ramsey Resident Advertising <br />Continued to a future work session meeting. <br />MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />None <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />The Work Session of the City Council was adjourned at 7:00 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Kurfis G.
