CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY • <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a City Council Work Session on Tuesday, November 30, <br />2010, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: <br />Also Present: <br />Mayor Bob Ramsey <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />Councilmember Colin McGlone <br />Councilmember Jeffrey Wise <br />Members Absent: Councilmember John Dehen <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />City Administrator Kurds Ulrich <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Economic Development/Marketing Manager Aaron Backman <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Police Chief James Way <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Ramsey called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />1) Prospect to. Lease a Portion of the Old Municipal Center <br />Economic Development/Marketing Manager Backman reviewed staff's report. <br />Councilmember Look expressed support for always trying to lease out sites. He asked that Mr. <br />Fritz's name be corrected in the report. <br />Mayor Ramsey said he incorrectly understood that Connections Church was moving into the <br />elementary school and that if they are interested in the municipal center then the City is too. <br />City Council Work Session / November 30, 2010 <br />Page 1 of 7 <br />
