CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Ramsey called the Special City Council meeting to order at 5:32 p.m. <br />2. CITIZENS INPUT <br />None. <br />3. APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Councilmember Tossey, seconded by Councilmember McGlone to approve the <br />agenda as submitted. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor Wise, Councilmembers Tossey, McGlone, Backous, <br />and Elvig. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Ramsey and Councilmember Jeffrey. <br />4.
