The term may be extended after <br />approval by the City Council for an additional period not exceeding <br />23 months, as provided for in Minnesota Statutes, Section 462.355, <br />Subd. 4. <br /> <br />SECTION 8. PENALTIES. <br /> <br /> Any person, firm, entity or corporation that subdivides or <br />undertakes any development activity in violation of the provisions <br />of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be <br />subject to any additional legal or equitable remedies available to <br />the city. <br /> <br />SECTION 9.
