Presently, <br />the County has the extension of C.R. #116 from C.K. #56 to C.K. #g3 listed as a I995 project in <br />it's five year plan. The City endorses this project. The City feels the potent/al for commercial <br />and industrial development is great along this corridor, particularly the segment between C.R. <br />#$6 and Dysprosium Street. The City encourages the County to investigate mad program thc <br />uecd for expanded capacity of C.R. #116 along this segment of C.R. #116 <br /> <br />A secondary area ofneext which the City envisions evolv/ng as a result of thc development of the <br />commercial/industrial corridor along C.K. #116, will be the need to expand the capacity of the <br />north/south linkages between C.K. #116 and Hwy #10, along C.R. #57, C.R. #$6, and CSAH <br />#83. The City envisions that additional dedicated turn lanes could be necessary in thc near <br />future, particularly on C.K. #56 and C.R. #57. The City encourages the County to monitor these <br />intersections for delay and capacity warrants begirming in I998. It is felt by this t/me ~ new <br />businesses, which are now in thc process ofbcin§ constructed will be generating traffic.---- <br /> <br />C.R. #63 from C.R. #83 to CSAH #5 / FC ~._- q C~ ~c CC '4'] <br /> #63 from <br />CSAH #83 from 173rd Avenue NW to CSAH #22 <br /> <br />The City is requesting that the following segments of county highway be considered for overlay <br />due to deteriorating pavement cond/tions: <br /> <br /> <br />
