Applications were rated and ranked <br />according to a pre-established scale. Five people were invited to structured interviews to be <br />conducted on June 4, 1997 by a panel consisting of the Administrative Services Manager, the <br />Public Works Supervisor, and a Public Works Maintenance Worker.
