Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Beahen, Beyer, Haas Steffen and <br /> Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br /> The public hearing adjourned at 7:13 p.m. <br /> <br /> Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular portion of the City Council meeting back to order at 7:13 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to approve the <br />application for non-intoxicating malt liquor license for Casey's General Store. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Garnet, Councilmembers Beyer, Beahen, Haas Steffen and <br />Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #2: Request for a Conditional Use Permit to Construct Accessory Structures <br /> Prior to the Principal Building; Case of Hansen Tree Farm <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that the City received an application from David Hanson for a <br />conditional use permit (CLIP) to construct accessory structures prior to a principal building on <br />the Hansen Tree Farm property. Such property is generally located on the south side of 155th <br />Avenue at about Traprock Street.
