CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT - NORDVIK ADDITION <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY OF RAMSEY, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (the CITY"), and DONALD T. NORDVIK <br />AND SOLVEIG B. NORDVIK, husband and wife, whose address is 9940 Regent Avenue <br />North, Brooklyn Park, Minnesota ("the DEVELOPERS"). <br /> <br />YVITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the DEVELOPERS are the fee owners of property situated in the CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, NORDVIK ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 24, 1997, pursuant to Resolution #97-06-L . , the CITY approved <br />the final plat of the Subject Property which plat is known as NORDVIK ADDITION (the <br />"Plat") contingent on certain requirements, including DEVELOPERS and CITY entering into <br />this agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Plat consists of two (2) lots totalling approximately 1.4 acres; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, approval of the Final Plat is given pursuant to the City's Subdivision Code <br />Section 9.50.05 (Subd. 1) entitled "Division or Consolidation of Platted Lots" and Section <br />9.50.05 (Subd. 2) entitled "Division or Consolidation of Unplatted Lots". <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, no expenditure of CITY funds will be made until City Code escrow <br />requirements have been fulfilled by the DEVELOPER. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY and DEVELOPER agree as follows: <br /> <br />IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />Access to Lots. The Plat shall have access from 149th Avenue N.W. only. <br /> <br />Lot Area.
