COIINTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, March 25, I997, at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW., Ramsey, Nfmnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Tom Gamec <br />Councilmember Carolyn Beahen <br />Councilmember Shelia Beyer <br />Councilmember Natalie Haas Steffen <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Members Absent: None. <br /> <br />A/so Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />City Attorney W'aliam Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular City Council meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. and led the Pledge of <br />Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN IN'PU~' ...' <br /> <br />Dell Wissler, 6614 153rd Lane N.W., gxmsey, read a prepared statement regarding the developments <br />of Alpine Estates and ~at~.2'_-gPIe asserted the notice sent to residents indicated a <br />willingness to work with residents but residents want a lower density and the plans have not changed. <br />Fl'e stated it was implied that only one new home would back up to one existing home but that is not <br />what has been shown on the proposed plans. Also, residents have offered to purchase land but it is <br />not available. Mr. Wissler stated he assumed this project was moving forward until a residential <br />lawyer stepped in.
