We <br />just received your letter on June 18, 1997, and I have discussed this project with our staff <br />to determine a proposed cost. <br /> <br />Basic engineering services to provide plans and specifications for bidding purposes would <br />be provided at a cost of $8,000, This cost is based on no topography field work being <br />necessary a.nd that we will be provided a computer drawing in autocad release 12.0 showing <br />the boundary and topography information <br /> <br />Technical engineering services would include construction staking, project Inspection and <br />administration and preparation of record drawings. These services will be billed oa an <br />hourly basis. We estimate these costs to be $13,000. <br /> <br />Please contact me if you have any questions. We have recently completed similar prqiects <br />in Arden Bills and Centerville.
