I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #97-06-XXX RESOLUTION AMENDING 1997 SCHEDULE OF RATES, FEES AND CHARGES WHEREAS, at the Council Finance Committee meeting on June 24, 1997, Staff recommended amendment of the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges; and WHEREAS, the City Council approved the 1997 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges at their regular meeting on December 10, 1996; and WHEREAS, the Finance Committee approved this recommendation and hereby recommends the Ramsey City Council approve this recommendation; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges to include subdivision fees. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges is hereby amended to include a park trail development fee of $100.00 per unit on residential subdivisions. 2) That the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges is hereby amended to include a storm water trunk charge of $350.00 per unit on residential subdivisions and $3,5(10.00 per acre on commercial and industrial subdivisions. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof! and the following voted against: I I I I and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duty passed and adopted by the Ramsey .City Council this the 24th day of June, 1997.
