I live at 6090 - 151't Lane NW in Ramsey (Fox Knoll First). I live across <br />the wetland area on the east end of the Kurak property. Mr. Kurak has stated at <br />the Planning Meetings that the reason for removing 800,000 yards of soil Js for a <br />future development. I am very concerned that we have not seen even a <br />preliminary drawing (or sketch) of what this new development will look like. ! ask <br />that the City Council take a look at what will be on the land in the near future. <br /> <br />Mr. Kurak also has stated that the tree line will not be removed completely. 1 fee] <br />for the protection of the Wildlife and the neighboring residents this should be <br />more clearly defined. A survey, or actually marking the area, staking off which <br />trees are to be left. <br /> <br />A project of this magnitude affects a lot of residents.
