CASE <br /> <br />INTRODUCE RIGHT-OF-WAY ORDINANCE <br />By: Ryan R. Schroeder, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At the July 8, 1997 meeting, Council considered introduction of an ordinance which intends to <br />manage and regulate the use of the pubic right-of-way. At that meeting, Council directed that the <br />ordinance have further attorney review. This has now occurred. Attorney Goodrich has revisited <br />the ordinance and prepared the enclosed draft for Council consideration.
