Jankowski, City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br />On June 24, 1997, the City Council authorized the solicitation of bids for Improvement Project <br />#97-20. Improvement 'Project #97-20 involves street and storm sewer improvements in the <br />Business Park 95 area. The development of KCI, Inc., in the Oak Ridge Industrial Park requires <br />the installation of street and storm sewer to facilitate that development, in addition to three <br />vacant lots in this same subdivision. In addition, the project also entails a storm sewer along the <br />north side of the railroad tracks will be needed to handle the drainage from four businesses for <br />which site plans have been prepared and approved. <br /> <br />Bids are scheduled to be opened Friday, July 18, 1997.
