H. RENNER & SONS FOR <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #97-22 (CONSTRUCTION OF WELL NO. 4) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ on May 13, 1997, the Ramsey City Council approved this project and <br /> awarded the bid (which was included as a separate schedule with the bids for Well No. 3) to <br /> Alberg Water Services, LLC for the construction of Well No. 4 (Improvement Project #97-22) at <br /> the contract price of $81,455; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 10, 1997, the Ramsey City Council approved a change order <br /> authorizing a change in the scope of Improvement Project #97-22 (Construction of Well No. 4) <br /> and awarding work for a water well test hole to E. H. Rermer & Sons; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Steve Jankowski has inspected the completed work and <br /> recommends complete payment to E. H. Rermer & Sons in the amount of $5,998.00. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to E. H. Renner & Sons for the <br /> water well test hole for Improvement Project #97-22 in the amount of $5,998.00. <br /> <br />2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City <br /> Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. <br /> <br />3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br /> bills for the month of August, 1997. <br /> <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this <br /> resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember__ <br />__ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 12th day of August, 1997. <br /> <br /> <br />
