NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Ramsey will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 12, 1997, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N-W, Ramsey, Minnesota, 55303. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request to vacate the following easements: The street right-of-way easement described as follows: That part of the Town Road as described in Book 60 of Deeds, page 86 which lies within Government Lot 3, Section 26, Township 32, Range 25 Anoka County, Minnesota and lies easterly of the easterly line of Anoka County Right of Way Plat No. 1, according to the recorded plat thereof. EXCEPT any portion of said Town Road lying within the right-of-way of Sunwood Drive Northwest as described in document No. 1226775. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the proposed amendment. The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans With Disabilities Act and upon advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available. Any person with such a request should contact Administrative Services Manager Linda Waite Smith at 427-1410 by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 7, 1997. There is a TDD machine at Ramsey Municipal Center; the number is 427-8591. Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey City Council, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard Northwest, Ramsey, Minnesota, 55303.
