Site Plan Review: Burger King <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />August 1, I997 <br /> <br />Access: The site is proposed to have access from Ramsey Blvd. N.W. and Hwy. #10 N.W. The <br />previous site plan was for a smaller parcel and complying with the County's recommendation <br />that the Ramsey Blvd. access line up with Holiday's on the east side of Ramsey Blvd. and the <br />State's recommendation for additional distance between the Hwy. #t 0 access and the intersection <br />of Ramsey Blvd. and Hwy. #10 presented site design problems. Subsequently, additional <br />property to the west has been acquired and this action obviously has permitted some site access <br />modifications that may meet with the approval of Mn/DOT and Anoka County Highway <br />Department. A copy of the revised site plan has been forwarded to these agencies for their <br />review and comment. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 5, 1997, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., to review the revised site plan.
