The above will result in a remaining Council Contingency of $5,750. It is expected that about <br />$5,000 of our contracted costs will occur from within economic development districts. While <br />those expenditures are not tax increment eligible, the City does maintain a non-tax increment <br />development fund from which these expenses are eligible. Finally, the insurance reserve fund is <br />set up to provide for calamity resulting from losses in property/casualty areas of the operation. <br />Activity within the fights-of-way, perceived as hazards, are reasonable expenses against this <br />fund. <br /> <br />It should be noted that the affected communities in Anoka County are pursuing FEMA <br />reimbursement.
