As outlined in your letter, the proposed <br />project will include the plans and specifications, surveying, platting, project <br />management, construction staking and inspections. <br /> <br />Based on our past experience and knowledge of the City and project area, we are <br />confident we can provide high quality services at competitive prices. As requested in <br />your letter of July 31, 1997, we have split our costs into three areas, basic <br />engineering services, technical engineering services and soil borings. Our estimated <br />"not to exceed" costs for basic services and our estimated cost for technical <br />engineering services are as follows: <br /> <br />1. Basic Engineering Services <br /> <br />Review preliminary plat and development plan. <br />Prepare a final plat for recording with Anoka County. <br />Preparation of plans and specifications for the street and utilities. <br />Attend two meetings with the City and Staff prior to finalizing plans. <br />Prepare necessary submittal information and obtain permits from the <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, the Department of Health, the <br />Metropolitan Council Wastewater Division, the LRRWMO and the Anoka <br />County Highway Department. <br />Prepare final cost estimate. <br />Solicit and obtain bids. <br />Provide project observation by registered professional engineer. <br /> <br />Engineers Landscape Architects Surveyors <br /> <br /> <br />
