We have reviewed your request for proposal thoroughly, and discussed it with the various departments that would be necessary to provide the service. Based on our review of the project, we would estimate the cost for engineering and surveying' services as follows. 1) Final Plat Our surveying services would include the preparation of the final plat, staking of ~.he boundary, and staking of all lot corners. This cost is based on the City of Ramsey furnishing the necessary title documents for the county plat review process and an approved preliminary plat with a development plan, which We would review. This proposal does not include any cost of attending planning commission or council meetings for the final plat approval. The total cost for our surveying services would be $5,9.65.00. 2) Basic Engineering Services We understand the basic engineering services would consist of preparing engineering plans and specificationsfor the Business Park 95 - 6n Addition Improvements. These would include sanitary sewer, waterrnain, storm drainage, and a 38-foot wide, 9~l:on urban street. We also understand the project would in.clude two lackings under County Roa(J 1 '~ 6. We have included in our cost attending two meetings with the City of Ramsey staff, and preparing all necessary permit applications for submittal. Our costs would also include preparing a final construction cost estimate soliciting and obtaining bids for the project. We h~ve assumed no topographic field work would be necessary. Our fee for the basic engineering services would be $t9,750.00.
