Motion by Acting Chairperson Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Terry to accept Findings of Fact No. 14 as presented and accept Findings of Fact No. 15 as amended to indicate 300 feet north of the northern end of Sunfish Lake. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Deemer, Commissioners Terry, LaDue, and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairman Bawden, Commissioners Jensen and Holland. Motion by Commissioner Terry and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to accept Findings of Fact Nos. 16 and 17 as presented. Motion carried.
