1) That the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br /> contract with Omann Brothers, Inc. in the name of the City of Ramsey, for the 1997 Trail <br /> Paving Projects. <br /> <br />2) That the Parks/Utilities Supervisor is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith <br /> to all bidders, the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful <br /> bidder and the next to lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />__ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 26th day of August, 1997. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
