There will be up to nine directional panel antennas <br />mounted on the tower. The tower will be constructed to accommodate the equipment of at least <br />two additional users. Unmanned prefabricated equipment cabinets measuring approximately 5' <br />high x 3' wide x 3' deep will be located near the base of the tower. The antennas will transmit <br />and receive low power radio signals. The tower will be coated with galvanized metal which <br />weathers to a light gray color. There will be no personnel stationed at the site. No signs will be <br />posted on the tower or cabinets except applicable warning or equipment information signs. The <br />existing access from 167th Avenue to the site is sufficient. Red cedar trees will be planted <br />around the perimeter of the cell site. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />On August 5, 1997, the Ramsey Planning Commission held a public hearing. Several residents <br />raised the issue of the possibility of adverse effects on property values at sites near the proposed <br /> <br /> <br />
