Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> PROPOSED RESOLUTION #97-08- '~ (~) <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR <br />A TEMPORARY STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> VOtEREAS, Amcor Precast, tradename of Oldcastle Precast, Inc. has properly applied <br />for an interim use permit for a temporary structure for the purposes of providing additional office <br />space on the property generally known as 6640 Industry Avenue N.W. and legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />The East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, except that part thereof described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Northwest comer of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter; thence South along the West line of the said East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter 409.44 feet to the point of beginning; thence East at right angles 11 feet; <br />thence South at right angles 264 feet; thence West at right angles to the West line of said East <br />Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence North along said West line to the <br />point of beginning. <br /> <br />(" Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, the Planning Commission met on August 5,. 1997, conducted the public <br />hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact # , an interim use permit for continued use of the 24' x 60' <br />modular office structure is hereby granted to Amcor Precast, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Permit Holder", at 6640 Industry Avenue N.W.: <br /> <br />2. This permit shall terminate on June 1, 1999. <br /> <br />3. The temporary structure shall comply with all applicable Building Code and Fire Code <br /> regulations and standards for such structures. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The Permit holder shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this interim use permit. Said expenses shall be paid within 15 days of billing by <br />the City and failure to pay the City's expenses within the 15 day billing period will permit the <br />City to draw upon any of the escrows required by this agreement for payment. Furthermore, <br />to ensure the timely removal of the temporary structure prior to the expiration date of this <br />permit, the Permit Holder shall maintain a minimum balance of $500.00 in the application <br />escrow account until such time as the permit has expired and/or the temporary structure has <br />been removed from the property. <br /> <br /> <br />
