22. <br /> <br />23. <br /> <br />24. <br /> <br />In the event said policy is terminated for any reason, the permit shall be automatically <br />suspended upon the day the policy terminates unless a new policy complying with this item is <br />obtained and filed with the City prior to the termination of the policy in force. <br /> <br />The maximum noise level at the perimeter of the work site shall be w/thin the limits set by the <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and the Environmental Protection Agency of the United <br />States. <br /> <br />All costs incurred by .'the City in executing and administering this permit shall be the <br />responsibility of the permit holder. The permit holder shall maintain a minimum Five <br />Hundred Dollar ($500.00) balance in an escrow account with the City. This escrow shall be <br />used to reimburse the City for expenses incurred in the administration of this permit. At the <br />time the mining operation and site restoration are completed to the satisfaction of the City, the <br />balance of the escrow shall be returned to the Permit Holder. <br /> <br />25. All grading operations shall be conducted between 7:00 a.m. arid 8 p.m. on weekdays only <br /> unless otherwise specifically approved by the City Administrator and/or his designee. <br /> <br />26. <br /> <br />The amount of dust or other particulate matter caused by the mining operation shall not exceed <br />the standards established by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. No operation shall be <br />allowed when wind gust exceed 30 miles per hour. <br /> <br />27. <br /> <br />All operations shall comply with all applicable Minnesota Pollution Control Agency <br />regulations and Federal and Environmental Protection Agency regulations for the protection of <br />water quality. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the~ day of ,1997. <br /> <br />North Fork, Inc. hereby ac'knowledge receipt of this permit and that they have reviewed the <br />conditions of this permit and have agreed that they will comply with the terms of this permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
