ORDINANCE NO. 97-m <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS IN <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY. <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, <br />Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated drainage and utility easements is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br /> That part of the drainage and utility easement over, under, and across that part of Lot 1, Block 2, Rum <br /> River Hills, lying within a 10-foot wide strip of land, the exterior boundaries of which are the perimeter lot <br /> lines of said Lot 1, Block 2, Rum River Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> -and- <br /> <br /> That part of the drainage and utility easement over, under, and across that part of Outlot C, Rum River <br /> Hills, lying within a 10-foot wide strip of land, the exterior boundaries of which are the perimeter lot lines <br /> of said Outlot C, Rum River Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
