CASE <br /> <br />ADOPT ORDINANCE VACATING THE SECTION OF OLD TOWN ROAD (SUNFISH <br />LAKE DRIVE NW) EAST OF COUNTY ROAD #57 (SUNFISH LAKE BOULEVARD <br />NW) <br /> By: James Gromberg, Economic Development Coordinator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As Council is aware, the City has completed the construction of the portion of Sunwood Drive <br />NW between County Road #57 (Sunfish Lake Boulevard Northwest) and County Road #5 <br />(Nowthen Boulevard Northwest). With the completion of the construction of this section of <br />roadway, the City is required to vacate the existing Old Town Road easement. On August I2, <br />1997, Council conducted a public hearing and, hearing no opposition, introduced an ordinance <br />vacating this section of roadway.
