PUBLIC ~'EARING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on Monday, August 4, 1997, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota to hear input <br />regarding a request for an interim use permit for a temporary office structure by AMCOK Precast. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson David Bawden <br />Commissioner Benjamin Deemer <br />Commissioner Sharon 5ensen <br />Commissioner Charles LaDue <br />Commissioner Michael Terry <br /> <br />Commissioner Paul Holland <br />Commissioner Bradley Thorud <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden convened the public hearing at 7:43 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that in 1995 the City Council issued an 18-month interim use <br />pe_~rmi! to AMCOR for the use cfa modular building to give the company time to assess permanent <br />space needs. The company is now requesting that the interim use perrait be extended another two <br />years. <br /> <br />CITIZEN lIN-PUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer, and seconded by Commissioner 3ensen to close the public hearing <br />at 7:45 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Jensen LaDue, and <br />Terry. Voting No: None.
