CITY OF RAMSEY DEVELOPMENT PERMIT VISION-EASE LENS, INC. On September 9, 1997, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Vision- Ease Lens, Inc. ("Permittee"), a Minnesota corporation,.to construct a 256 square foot accessory storage building ("Sti'ucture") on the property which is legally described as follows: Lot 1, Block 1, A.E.C. Energy Park Second Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. the ("Site"). This approval is issued pursuant to §9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: 1. STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or architect. STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on the Site as shown on the Site Plan prepared by Conley Associates and dated SITE PREPARATION. Any site grading and drainage shall be subject to approval by the City Engineer. REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location as shown on the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: Application of crushed gravel to building site; Installation of six (6) foot high chain link fence arour~d the perimeter of the structure; Construction ora 9 foot high earth berm around the ehst, west and south sides of the building site; Establishment of planting materials on the earth berm in accordance with a landscape plan that is subject to the approval of the City (Required Landscaping). FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of these items on tl~'eSite shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. LIGHTING.
