I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />River Water Management Organization, which has jurisdiction in enforcing the Wetland <br />Conservation Act. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission recommends approval of the permit contingent upon the City <br />Engineer resolving the discrepancy in City Code regarding no excavations below an elevation of <br />6 feet above the water table.
