EXCEPT All that part of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at a point on the North line of said Northwest Quarter distant 978.0 feet East from the Northwest comer of said Section 5; thence East along said North line a distance of 700 feet; thence South at right angles to said North line a distance of 1245 feet; thence West at fight angles to last course a distance of 700 feet; thence North at fight angles to last course a distance of 1245 feet to point of commencement. EXCEPT The West 300 feet of the North 1452.0 feet of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of ,8.'ection 5, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County,: MinnesbTM.
