24. <br /> <br />The Permit Holder shall obtain necessary permits from other regulatory agencies which may <br />be required for the temporary or permanent placement of fill in wetlands. <br /> <br />25. <br /> <br />All grading and export operations shall be conducted between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on <br />weekdays and from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays, unless otherwise specifically <br />approved by the City AdminiStrator and/or his designee. <br /> <br />26. <br /> <br />The amount of dust or other particulate matter caused by the mining operation shall not <br />exceed the standards established by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. No operation <br />shall be allowed when wind gust exceed 30 miles per hour. <br /> <br />27. <br /> <br />Ail operations shall comply with all applicable Minnesota Pollution Control Agency <br />regulations and Federal and Environmental Protection Agency regulations for the protection <br />of water quality. <br /> <br />28. <br /> <br />All costs incurred by the City in executing and administering this permit shall be the <br />responsibility of the permit holder. The permit holder shall maintain a minimum Five <br />Hundred Dollar ($500.00) balance in an escrow account with the City. This escrow shall be <br />used to reimburse the City for expenses incurred in the administration of this permit.
