Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff believes approval of the extension request is appropriate because we should be <br />working with the owner to enclose as much of the operation as possible. However, upscale <br />industrial development is occurring in the vicinity and delaying intensification of screening on <br />the site should not be delayed any longer.
