The building that we currently occupy will not meet our current nor our future needs. <br />While we would like to stay in the City of Ramsey, it will not be possible for us to remain here <br />unless we can acquire the property immediately to our west. <br /> <br />While exploring the acquisition of the property to our west, it was discovered that title to the <br />easterly 17.2 feet of that property is defective. We have been advised by our attorney that a title <br />registration proceeding is required and that we can expect that process to take at least one year. <br />That property is occupied by our neighbor, JAC Auto. Our attorney has discussed this matter <br />with the owners of JAC Auto and they have no intention of correcting their defective title. <br /> <br />It would be impossible for All-Brite Graphics to wait a year (or more) to find out if we can <br />expand at our present location. You have indicated that the City would undertake a <br />condemnation of the property to our immediate west. If the City will initiate a condemnation <br />within the next few weeks, All-Brite will commit to remain in our current location and make <br />definite expansion plans that should certainly justify the condemnation process. <br /> <br />Please let me know if the City will make it possible for All-Brite to expand our business and <br />operations in Kamsey. <br /> <br />Thank you, <br /> <br />President <br />All-Brite Graphics, Inc. <br /> <br /> <br />
