I <br />'1 <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />?O~c~s~ # / <br /> <br />REVIEW COMMITTEE FOR CITY ADMINISTRATOR APPLICATIONS <br /> Linda Waite Smith, Administrative Services Manager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />During a special meeting on September 4, 1997, to discuss how to fill the City <br />Administrator vacancy, the City Council directed me to establish a committee to review <br />applications for the impending vacancy in the City Administrator position and make a <br />recommendation to Council for interviews. The committee is supposed to include me <br />and two other human resources professionals. <br /> <br />The two people I have asked to serve on the review committee are Bill Hunt, Assistant to <br />the City Manager of Fridley, and Melanie Ault, Human Resources Manager for Anoka <br />County. Several members of the Council have worked with Mr. Hunt on previous <br />hirings.
